Shipping Policy

We offer FREE shipping on all orders.

Orders will be shipped using UPS, USPS, or FedEx within approximately 1 to 5 days from the fulfillment date. Please note that the estimated delivery times are approximate and it may take longer than the stated timeframe. All orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed over the weekend are dispatched on Mondays.

You will receive a shipment notification by email that includes a tracking URL.

Returns Policy

Please ensure that you have read and understood all the conditions before submitting your order.

Our policy allows for a free return and a full money-back guarantee for 30 days. If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, you have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a full refund. If 30 calendar days have passed since your product was delivered, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

For subscription purchases, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal anniversary date.

Return Method

  1. To return your product, please click or tap on this link: https://support.mymotive.com to obtain a Returned Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please do not send us your product using a different shipping method than the one provided on the website. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
  2. Enclose the proof of purchase along with the RMA number.
  3. Return the entire product components such as the Motive Device (therapy generator), Motive Therapy Pad, Motive Conductive Gel, Motive Wrap, and Motive Charging Cable. We will not be able to process your return and refund if only some components of Motive are sent back to us.

Note: For returns related to a damaged or defective component such as warranty replacement, only send that specific defective component.

4. Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request. If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment or original method of payment, within 30 days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received your refund within 30 days, please contact us at support@mymotive.com to obtain an update about the status of your refund. We are here to help you.

Occasionally, the problem is not an issue with our company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted by your credit card company.
